TRAIN @ HOME PROGRAM

INSTRUCTIONS

• Players perform a series of listed workouts at home.

• Players can provide video for some of their workouts to share with other

players in the club.

• When practicing any activities, we recommend a work to rest ratio of 1:1

• Continue to practice daily to try and beat your scores.

• Work to complete as many workouts as you can

• Mix your workout on different days using listed category (Technical, Speed and Agility, Fitness and Strength)

• Keep a workout journal, so you remember dates you train & your scores.
