All-Star Coaches

Colleen Bozzi joins the DC Stoddert Staff with a wealth of knowledge from coaching multiple development programs from ages Pre-K through high school. She enjoys focusing on helping youth players develop technical skills and building confidence in their play.

Bozzi also has over eight years of coaching experience. She has coached in several after-school programs with the Real Madrid Foundation. Bozzi holds her Urban Soccer Diploma and her USSF E License. Outside of soccer, Bozzi works as a Nutritionist.

Richard Criswell coached in Tallahassee, Florida for a number of years, mainly concentrating on the U8 age group. While also living in Florida Richard was a Champions Coach for Titus Sports Academy. The Champions program was designed to teach kids the value of maintaining personal fitness throughout life. We accomplished this by going to area schools one or two days a week by starting with basic calisthenics and then moving on to fun but competitive games.  Stoddert is excited to have Richard on board with our programming working with our players.

Mark Farrell has coached both his son's and daughter's teams. He joined Stoddert in the fall of 2013 when his son started with his school's kindergarten team and then became a coach that spring.

Farrell continues to co-coach my son's 6th grade coed team and is very proud to have kept the team truly coed.  He also coaches his daughter's third grade team and is entering his second season as a co-commission for the 3rd grade coed division.

Farrell has taken several coaching courses with both the USSF and United Soccer Coaches.

Emily Kerns, originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, started her soccer career at the age of five. At the age of 10, she made the transition to goalkeeper.

Kerns is just beginning her coaching career, and is looking to get her goalkeeping licenses.

Lexa Green, originally from Las Vegas Nevada, started her coaching career at a young age. As a high school student she began training young female players privately while also working soccer camps.

Following high school, Green went on to play Division I soccer at the University of Houston where she led her team in goals in both 2014 and 2015.

Robert Mahoney has been in DC for almost 12 years. He played at Our Lady of Lourdes (NJ) and continued his playing career by playing club soccer at the University of Buffalo.  He holds a USSF ‘D’ License.

Mahoney currently works at the Department of State in their Office of Emergency Management. He’s been married for 4 years and has a young daughter Sabrina.

Haze McCrary is a long time member of DC Stoddert. All of his children have played for the club including his daughter Clover, who is in the All-Star Program this season.

Papadis coaches within the Tots, Future Stars, and Juniors Program and greatly enjoys working with the youngest age groups.

He holds his USSF D License, United Soccer Coaches 4v4, 7v7/9v9, and Level 1 Goalkeeping Diplomas and is also CPR/First Aid Certified.
