Rising stars. The Metros were among some 5,000 fans who packed the Soccerplex bleachers April 11 for the Washington Freedom’s inaugural home game - and WPS league’s local debut. The Freedom tied Chicago 1-1.

The GU10 and GU11 Metros travel teams play in the Washington Area Girls Soccer League.
