Summer 2010 Soccer Camps
DC Stoddert Soccer coaches offer a variety of summer camp experiences for novices and travel players alike. Check out the 2010 offerings:
July 5-9: Developmental Soccer Camp for Recreational Players Rising first graders and older. Developmental Camps include dozens of fun soccer games, which will provide numerous touches of the ball for the developing player. Mohan Telfer, Maret School boys’ varsity coach, DC Stoddert Soccer’s 2008 Travel Coach of the Year, and Liberty Mutual’s 2009 Responsible Coaching Award winner, is offering -- along with other top-tier DC Stodder coaches -- six one-week skills camps. The goal is to enhance individual skills and team play while having fun! Individualized instruction will cover, among other things, shooting, dribbling, receiving, heading, and passing the ball. Small-sided games and match analysis sessions.
July 5 - July 16 SoccerStar Camp. Two simultaneous, separate advanced Boys and Girls programs, ages 9-14, with Cory Hanks, Asst. Varsity Coach at St. Stephens and St. Agnes School and 10-year veteran youth coach. At Georgetown Visitation School; 1524 35th Street NW in Georgetown. Morning, afternoon or all-day sessions. July 5 – July 9 Georgetown International Youth Soccer Day Camp. Full and half-day programs at St. Bartholomew School, 6900 River Road, Bethesda. Created by professional educators dedicated to the highest quality of sports instruction for youngsters. Emphasis is on enjoyment and improvement, from novice to elite. Our teams have gone on to win state and regional championships, and many domestic and international tournaments, and individual players have played on the collegiate and U.S. National Team at every age group and level. Aug. 16 - 20 SUMMER SOCCER PROGRAM

During the Washington Metro Area’s hottest summer month, come indoors for a cool, fun and development focused training program that will serve as great preparation for the fall 2010 travel season. Sona Walla, DC Stoddert Boys' Technical Director, offers a unique program at the superb Next Level Athletes facility's indoor turf field located at 5420 Butler Rd, Bethesda MD 20816.

Schedule: Noon -- 4:00pm (late pick-up available)

Age Group: U-11 to U-13

June 14 - 18 All Star Soccer Camp for advanced travel boys and girls 8 - 14, and co-ed Junior Soccer Camp for rec. players ages 6 - 10 with DC Stoddert coach Aron Gyorgy and USSF licensed coaches.
