Thanks to your donations and volunteer efforts, DC Stoddert Soccer’s annual Labor Day Cleat Exchange got our fall season off to a great start! Your outgrown pairs - ranging from tiny size 8s to men’s whopping 13s, some of them barely worn - equipped dozens of youngsters for Saturday’s opening games. Some players, brand new to soccer, came away with their first cleats ever. Any leftover pairs will be donated to help D.C. United equip youth players in Wards 7 and 8. Enjoy these scenes from the 2011 Cleat Exchange!
