Membership in DCSSL is open to all children, ages 4 1/2 to 19, who reside in the metropolitan Washington area.  All players receive participation awards and jerseys, and those in older divisions receive shorts and socks as well.

The League’s computerized registration maintains up-to-date information on individual players, who regularly receive  newsletters and notices of upcoming registration deadlines.  Members also are informed of coaching and referee courses along with information on clinics for players.

DCSSL members automatically (and at no extra charge) become members of the Jelleff Boys and Girls Club located at 3265 S Street, N.W., Stoddert’s home base, which sponsors year-round sports and recreation programs, including indoor soccer in the winter.  Among other benefits, Jelleff membership includes swimming privileges at the pool during the summer.
